Synopsis
Asahi Mizuno stars as a devoted wife who finds herself caught in a trap of her own making. Out of a sense of deep sympathy (Doujou) for a man in her life—likely a relative or close acquaintance—she begins to offer emotional support that quickly crosses a forbidden line. The film explores her psychological "fall" as she is manipulated into a physical affair under the guise of comfort. As the boundaries of her marriage dissolve, Asahi is left struggling with the heavy guilt of a betrayal born from a misplaced sense of kindness.
