Synopsis
Last year, a fatal strain of crack cocaine hit the backwoods of rural West Virginia. Many lives were lost and families destroyed when an innocent animal stumbled across a discarded bag of this noxious substance called Acid Mind Drainage. The result was a raccoon turned rabid with a lust for blood. The creature was destroyed. The town was saved. Or so they thought.
