Synopsis
Many fishermen are gradually losing their traditional livelihoods. On the west coast of India, a power plant has scared away the fish, while in Sri Lanka fishermen are being driven away from coastlines taken over by tourist infrastructure. In Costa Rica, environmental concerns are leading to a ban on crab fishing, which provides a livelihood for entire villages.
